Childhood cancer patients were in for a sweet surprise at MD Anderson’s Children’s Cancer Hospital.
On Wednesday, the children received a special visit, superheroes Spider-Man and Iron Man, who greeted them from their room window.

The children were also visited by Santa Claus, an elf and a reindeer and received presents from Santa’s sleigh.
According to a press release from The Children’s Cancer Hospital, the visit was planned in an effort to make the patients and their families happy during the holidays.
