Desi was born on January 19, 1953 in Los Angeles, California.
He is an actor and musician, whose birth was one of the most publicized in TV history.
In the American sitcom I Love Lucy, Ball’s pregnancy with “Little Ricky” was a main storyline as viewers were very involved with his birth.
Desi was on the cover of TV Guide with the headline “Lucy’s 50,000,000 baby” because of all the income associated with the birth.
Arnaz has a daughter, Julia Arnaz, from model Susan Callahan-Howe. The birth took place in 1968 when they were both 15 years old.
On October 8, 1987, Arnaz married Amy Laura Bargiel and the couple had a daughter named Haley.
Amy died of cancer in 2015 at the age of 63.

Lucie Arnaz
Lucie was born on July 17, 1951 in Los Angeles, California.
She is an American actress, who played Kim Carter in I Love Lucy.
She has had roles in the movie Who Is the Black Dahlia? and Welcome to the “World”.
She also had a distinguished career in musical theater with roles in Annie Get Your Gun and Educating Rita.
After a divorce in her first marriage, she married Laurence Luckinbill in 1980.
The couple had three children together, Simon, Joseph and Katharine Luckinbill.
When is Being the Ricardos coming out?
Being the Ricardos is a new movie written and directed by Aaron Sorkin.
The drama takes a look at the lives of Ball and Arnaz, who were also working on I Love Lucy at the time.
The film was released in theaters on December 10, 2021 and features award-winning actress Nicole Kidman as the iconic role of Ball.

After the trailer’s release, Ball’s daughter, Lucie Arnaz, took to Instagram to comment on Kidman’s portrayal, saying she can see Kidman “cared for this role very much.”
“Nicole Kidman became my mother’s soul. She got inside her head,” Arnaz wrote. ‘I don’t know how you do that. She cared deeply about this role. It shows.’
The film was added to Amazon Prime on Tuesday, December 21.
