Mr. Zaoutis is professor of Pediatrics and Epidemiology, member of the Committee of Experts. The relevant official announcement will be made tomorrow Wednesday by Health Minister Thanos Plevris.

Theoklis Zaoutis is a professor of pediatrics and epidemiology at the Perelman School of Medicine and director of the Postgraduate Program in Clinical Epidemiology at the University of Pennsylvania (UPENN). From the position of Director of the Center for Pediatric Clinical Effectiveness (CPCE), his goal is to discover and implement the best possible practices for the most effective care for hospitalized children.
He has published more than 230 articles in prestigious international peer-reviewed journals and is also a member of numerous advisory committees in the United States. and in Europe, such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the National Institute of Health (NIH), the American Academy of Pediatrics, and the European Society for Pediatric Infectious Diseases.
