Liberty University opens new pediatric and young adult medical clinic serving employees, central VA families
LYNCHBURG, Va. (WFXR) — Liberty University has announced the opening of a new pediatric and young adult medical clinic on Lakeside Drive in Lynchburg.
The university partnered with Liberty Mountain Medical Group (LMMG) and Liberty University College of Osteopathic Medicine (LUCOM) to open this new medical practice specifically designed to meet the needs of Liberty’s employees.

Liberty employees who qualify for the university’s Direct Primary Care program under their insurance plan will benefit from this new option that reduces costs and provides consistent, excellent care for children and young adults.
The clinic is staffed by LMMG certified pediatricians with expertise in pediatrics and youth medicine.
Liberty University says the new practice will also improve active learning opportunities and community-based clinical experiences for the university’s osteopathic medical students.
Third- and fourth-year LUCOM students work in teams led by clinical faculty physicians.
