Halloween event: Scare up support for Northern Ontario Families of Children with Cancer

HELP-O-WEEN event on October 30th will raise money for charity supporting local families

You can celebrate the arrival of Halloween with Skater’s Edge Source for Sports on Saturday, October 30 from noon to 4 p.m. during the ‘HELP-O-WEEN’ event, taking place at their 1338 Kingsway location.

Hoping to “scare some support for our friends at NOFCC” (Northern Ontario Families of Children with Cancer), a release reads, the event will feature activities for all the family, including a car wash, pumpkins, face painting, costumes and more. There will also be a photo background contest giving you a chance to win over $1000 in prizes simply by taking a photo at the event and posting it on social media.
