Former pediatric endocrinologist joins Medtronic’s diabetes business as medical affairs director

Medtronic (NYSE:MDT) announced this week that former pediatric endocrinologist Dr. Jennifer McVean has joined his diabetes business.

McVean, former pediatric endocrinologist for the physicians of the University of Minnesota and associate professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Minnesota Medical School, will assume a role focused on strengthening Medtronic’s commitment to delivering a full portfolio of products and education and support tools to make life with diabetes easier for pediatric patients and their families.
